Doc site layout changes

Description

Update the layout of the documentation site. First requirements to make the left side document summary be collapsible.  Next, the main content in the top level pages (e.g. https://docs.automotivelinux.org/docs/en/master/getting_started/) should NOT be a document summary like is shown on the left. There should be some description of the high level topics and links to them.

Layout has already been updated and is currently collapsible also. Further, Quick start page has also been revised.
