AGL Doc site left side cannot be resized

implementing a change that does this would require changing the vast majority of the layout of the pages.
Right now it is hardcoded to be: 25% for the left side (menu) and 75% for the actual content.
The proposed fix for makes the content more usable on smaller screens, where this would more likely be an issue.

When using the AGL doc site, I would like to be able to resize the document summary on the left side of the window. See https://docs.automotivelinux.org/docs/en/master/getting_started/reference/getting-started/image-workflow-intro.html
as an example.
