Make the left panel of the documentation site collapsible so that the initial view when clicking on a page is the high level topic list. User should be able click on a topic and have it expand in the left panel. If a subtopic is chosen, then the user should brought to that subtopic.

This is already fixed and left panel is now collapsible.
