TI BSP has recently been updated to bring in major graphics changes (SPEC-4723)
It appears some AGL kernel config settings (such as some systemd sandboxing options) are not applied on BeagleBone
As TI BSP now also comes with a separate BeagleBoard.org specific kernel recipe used by default for BeagleBone platform, need to ensure AGL config fragments are applied to BB.org kernel as well
