The ondemandnavi application currently does not send the stopDemo or Arrived signals expected by tbtnavi, that should be fixed.  As well, ondemandnavi should use the Mapbox style configured via naviconfig.ini so it and tbtnavi will be consistent if Mapbox is being used.
