Integrate tbtnavi for cluster demo

There currently is no replacement for the previous "mapviewer" application that provided remote map display for the cluster demo to go along with the newer QtLocation based "ondemandnavi" navigation that is the current default.  The "tbtnavi" application used in CES 2019 demo #3 meets the requirements, investigate the required rework to integrate it for cluster demos.
