similar to lava-test-case, lava-background-process-start (and -stop) allow you to start programs, but in the backround.  Then, the -stop will dump the output.

The -stop command also has an --attach option to attach files to the output.  We need to explore how these get into the results JSON, and to the backend via the callback.

Then, how we can store these files into the backend, and visualize in the frontend.
