At project creation time via the xds-server web page, the server should create the configuration file that will be used by xsd-exec automatically in the root repo of the project.
Then xds-exec with the -c could pick that file (just use a fixed name e.g. xsd-exec.conf) using the same command line for each project (useful for IDE configuration).
You could even can even change the search priority and look for that file by default in the current dir (nice for command line user).
