systemd/User services fail in openivi-html5 Images

      Hi,

      The user systemd services are failing in openivi-html5 images:

      root@raspberrypi3:/# systemctl status --user
Failed to connect to bus: Connection refused

      As a result the openivi-html5 service which brings the UI is not started.
