AppFW and HomeScreen Fail with agl-sota

      Hi,

      After fixing AGL master for Raspberry Pi 3 (SPEC-649 and SPEC-650) I tested the agl-sota feature. The images boots on Raspberry Pi 3, there is serial console output and ostree is present. However the HomeScreen fails to start due to its dependency on the App Framewrok. The exact error is:
