Rcar Gen2: Build error on alsa-uitils-config when building 'from scratch' (no sstate cache)

Description

When building from scratch agl-demo-platform for Porter board (master branch), we get a build failure:

If we'd have to copy files in SRC_URI to $S we'd have to do this all the time. 9205 and 9207 cannot be the right thing to do (tm).
