Run weston with dedicated 'display' user and group

Description

Weston daemon should be started and run with the following properties:

  • user: display

  • group: display

  • smack label: System

  • permissions on wayland socket: rw for the group display

  • 'real' users with access to gfx should be members of the group 'display'

Actual version of AGL master (future FF on rocko) as the weston process running as root.

This is a regression. I already have a patch to fix it.
