Initiate a phone call via BT HFP

      Using a paired and connected Bluetooth HFP compatible device, dial a phone call using the phone app UI and HFP protocol. Upon call initiation, audio streams must be paused. Configure two-way audio to allow transmit and receive of phone call audio. Allow the call to be terminated via the phone app UI and resume any previously paused audio streams.
