Improve the qemu target machine and documentation

Description

  1. Add support for generating de facto standard VM images by default.

  2. Add support for AGL demo recommended USB devices.

  3. Optimize BSP for accelerated graphics on VirtualBox and QEMU/KVM to the supported limits.

  4. Document running the qemu image(s) in VirtualBox and QEMU/KVM.
