The gRPC subscription to the KUKSA.val databroker in the flutter-ics-homescreen application has been seen to terminate with an exception after running for significant lengths of times. This seems to potentially be a dart-grpc issue, as the gRPC connection still seems to be active and other code paths in the application that do gRPC calls (e.g. VSS sets) still work. This has been seen with the full demo at CES and EW when pushing in updates via simulator, and ICS have reported seeing it in similar situations. In experiments done during CES setup, it seemed difficult to usefully catch the exception and attempt to resubscribe, further investigation is definitely required. It is possible that it may prove a better approach to shift VSS handling to native code with FFI (e.g. use tonic).
