      Add Rapberry Pi 5 platform support.

      The new platform was recently added to meta-raspberrypi layer that came in with Yocto Project 4.0.16 update.

      Please note: meta-raspberrypi does NOT yet have U-boot recipe update for rapberrypi5 machine - there's currently work in progress and U-boot will be added later.
