agl-shell-activator missing in target images

      Although we require/inherit with agl-image-compositor bbappend it seems that agl-shell-activator never makes into the image.

      I'm building with agl-demo and agl-devel distro features. Had to re-test it again because I'm using a local site conf that adds in the image.
