The kuksa_vss_init script that Ashok added in fall 2022 to initialize various VSS signals to known default values has bit-rotted with the switch to the KUKSA.val databroker and the accumulated VSS schema updates over the year.  It needs to be updated or reworked, as we still need some default signals populated for a good demo experience (e.g. fuel level, range, units, etc.).
