flutter-ics-homescreen: make tire pressure unit configurable

      The tire pressure units on the home / dashboard page of the new homescreen are currently fixed as Imperial / US units, i.e. PSI.  This stands out when the speed and distance units have been set to Metric in the settings, so ideally configuration is added for the tire pressure units as well.
