As discussed on the 11/23 developer call, the background animation in the new Flutter homescreen seems to be causing problems at startup on several of the platforms with less memory.  The agreed upon plan is to try disabling it everywhere but the rcar3 (or perhaps just h3ulcb) platform by default by using the Dart environment variable hook in flutter-ics-homescreen.  There will be some discussion with ICS about possible future work to avoid using the Lottie animation scheme next week.
