As discussed on the 11/23 developer call, a demo image with the now deprecated Flutter homescreen, HVAC, and dashboard applications is desirable for the Quillback release since it is a LTS and downstream users may still desire to use these applications in their own demos.  The new image will effectively be a duplicate of agl-ivi-demo-platform-flutter from before meta-agl-demo commit f886d0c9.
