Flutter embedder crash on imx8mq-evk-viv

      Splitting from SPEC-4938 per request.  With the Flutter 3.13.2 uprev, the embedder crashes on the i.MX8MQ EVK with the NXP kernel+Vivante driver when the homescreen is touched.  This gets logged:
