To ease development of new demos, it would be helpful to have base demo images, especially for Flutter.  These images would have all the required demo services (e.g. Flutter embedder, KUKSA.val databroker, applaunchd, agl-service-*) and configuration, but not the user-facing demo applications.  This should help ICS in the near-term, as they can drop their new app(s) on top for testing.
