AGL Developer website is not linked on main AGL website

AGL has a developer website hosted on github (see docs.automotivelinux.org).

This developer site is generated from various markdown documentation found in all git repositories hosted on AGL Gerrit or externally, for example on Github. Source and tools are hosted on github; github.com/automotive-grade-linux/docs-agl

The developer site is refreshed on a daily basis and contains valuable pages for any person searching information or starting to use AGL kickstart guides, application development guides, howtos etc.

On the main AGL website http://www.automotivelinux.org, there's currently no reference to the developer website. A link could be added in the "Community" menu and/or other locations on the site to help visitors in finding technical documentation.
