While investigating SPEC-4799, it was discovered that attempting to start up Bluetooth on the i.MX8MQ EVK with current meta-freescale kirkstone triggers oopses or panics.  An example has been attached.  This is seen with configurations that use both the linux-fslc-imx and linux-imx kernels, it currently has not been investigated whether the problem exists with the linux-fslc or linux-fslc-lts kernels since those kernels are not usable on the board for other reasons.  A quick search based on the panic information did not show anything relevant, so the planned course of action is to disable starting Bluetooth for now and use this issue to track potential further investigation when time permits.  One possible avenue of investigation would be trying the replacement firmware that meta-imx seems to use instead of what's in linux-firmware, or poking through the patches it applies to BlueZ.
