lava-docker: logs not restored from backup

The last upgrade (and the recent restart) did not restore the logs. We need to investigate.

The log was restored on the wrong place. This now fixed in upstream lava-docker.

A CI workflow was also added as a non-regression tester.

E.g. https://lava.automotivelinux.org/scheduler/job/33138   should have a log (one week old). After restore from backup, the page is empty.
