[SDV-003] Further extend and enhance VirtIO as a common AGL device virtualization framework to decouple AGL software from underlying SW&HW platform on both physical ECU in edge and virtual ECU in cloud
Description
Further extend and enhance VirtIO as a common AGL device virtualization framework to decouple AGL software from underlying SW&HW platform on both physical ECU in edge and virtual ECU in cloud.
Several sub-tasks are included:
[VirtIO in Hypervisor] Further support additional virtio frontend in AGL including
virito-camera
virtio-rtc (real time clock)
virtio-npc & ml (based on community needs, start discussion)
[VirtIO in Non-hypervisor] Add additional support of virtio-loopback to support AGL UCB basic functionality
virito-gpu
virtio-net
virtio-audio
[VirtIO in Multi-ECU] Unified HMI (virtual display) integration to AGL UCB
remote gpu rendering framework
[VirtIO in Cloud-native] Load AGL on AWS Cloud to enable cloud-native development
Guest VM on KVM in Graviton G5g-metal instance
Non-Virt VirtIO AGL in Graviton A1 instance
Note: Features colored in red need contractor work
