SDK and local builds issues with AGL compositor

Trying the local builds and the SDK ones seems to behave with some hiccups.

For the SDK ones, nativesdk is required for SDK, being address with https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-4721#icft=SPEC-4721
