Position incorrect in cluster map created by tbtnavi

Description

During testing in Odaiba and at ALS in Yokohama, it was observed that the navigation position in the instrument cluster demo was incorrectly positioned wrt the expected road location for the routing.  This looks like an issue previously seen when converting to VSS signals that was due to unexpected rounding of the latitude and longtitude, and may be something that slipped in with the KUKSA.val 0.2.5 upgrade.
