Update prototype Flutter homescreen to integrate into AGL demo

Description

The Igalia prototype/demo Flutter homescreen needs adaptation to work in the full AGL demo on the demo hardware setup (aka "Green machine"), required changes include:

  • Convert to portrait orientation from landscape

  • Implement application enumeration & launching using the applaunchd API

  • Add recipe to build it to meta-agl-demo and add to agl-ivi-demo-platform-flutter image
