Adapt the HTML5 applications to use kuksa.val service

Description

Since we aren't using  iot.bzh appfw anymore, the current applications need to be adapted to use the available services. The HTML5 demos need to be updated to communicate with the kuksa.val server and other services.

  Yes, known. Plan is to rework nss-db-agl-driver to be a systemd unit and do the pki install at runtime. Thus we do not ship the file as we do now which causes these issues.

I'm seeing these warnings now with the recent changes, including "chown":

I've a bad stomach on 28173 . Just adding the flag globally just seems wrong to me.

So let's circle back. It is to use the kuksa.val service. How can we solve the root cause ?
