Enable SFTP on the target image

      I'm seeing that STFP doesn't really work on the target image:

       

      # override default of no subsystems
Subsystem       sftp    /usr/libexec/sftp-server

      ls -al /usr/libexec/sftp-server
ls: cannot access '/usr/libexec/sftp-server': No such file or directory

      and some clients require passing -O for transferring data.
