ivi-homescreen service is using XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=200 and weston user instead of agl-session.

These are from meta-agl-devel/meta-agl-flutter/recipes-graphics/toyota not the external meta-flutter.

/cc jsmoeller scottm shouldn't this gallery application use the user session to start?

I'm a bit confused which is the de-facto homescreen app for flutter or if there's one at the moment and we're just using this one for it...
