agl-shell-activator minor fixes and updates

      • The script should be removed, we're not longer make use afm.
      • Update it to avoid agl-shell-desktop and instead use dbus and relay on applauncher + WAM/homescreen to activate surfaces.
      • Include it by default in the agl-compositor package.
