Context: Waltham, a TCP protocol, similar to wayland, is used in AGL to relay input (and only touch) from one device to another. The "other" device, a remote device, renderers information on the screen and grabs input events that are being sent back to the transmitter, using waltham protocol.

The idea in this task is to provide similar to Waltham (input events) while feeding them with wireplumber/pipewire rather than having/using waltham for it. With Waltham, or better said in a Waltham set-up, we use other technologies to stream buffers over the network, waltham being only responsible for sending input events ((back) to the transmitter of those buffers.

This task is (much probably) larger in size and it needs some breakdown tasks.

Assigned to to waltminer to triage, when or if this makes sense to have. Maybe discussing this in the virtual workshop? It was/is in feature list, but there doesn't seem to be any interest for it atm.
