HDMI resolution / EDID wrong since BSP 5.9 migration

Fixed

Description

Since the BSP uprev to 5.9 (linux kernel 5.10) we do see that the HDMI port on the h3 does not list 1920x1080 anymore.

See this:

https://lava.automotivelinux.org/scheduler/job/24693#L3704

This is consistent now in all CI jobs and means that the screenshooter test fails.

The build is with h3ulcb-nogfx .

Maybe if that plug is acting up, attempt to supply on of your own? You should be able to supply over kernel cmd line or in cat-it into the appropriate sysfs file. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/kernel_mode_setting#Forcing_modes_and_EDID
