Use webOS OSE QtLess implementation

Description

Rework the AGL WAM implementation to run on top of webOS OSE implementation of QtLess, dropping our own implementation of QtLess.

To do this, aggressively simplifying the WAM history would be interesting. Even a single commit can be OK as adapting to the new coding style (WAM upstream has adopted Google Coding style) will mean rewriting all the code.

Prepared initial patch at https://github.com/Igalia/webosose-wam/tree/%4055.agl.marlin

I could verify it works as expected in qemu, and once verified in rpi4 too, I will submit the review chain.
