CLONE - Recommend to recipe update for the IVI-PR basesystem package group.

Description

IVI PR specific recipes are including in meta-oem-production-readiness/meta-agl-basesystem.
In recipes-platform/packagegroups/packagegroup-agl-basesystem.bb,
The DESCRIPTION of package-group-agl-basesystem-core is described "AGL Core Package Groups".

"AGL core" mean is common AGL package for each profile.  This description will cause miss understanding.
I recommend to change to "AGL Basesystem Core Package Groups" or "AGL IVI-PR Core Package Groups" .
