Upload some files to artyfactory

Description

instead of dumping the journal , write it out over pyartiproxy and echo the link

see dumpjournal.sh

gcov-wrapper can output html , possibly zip up and upload

in addition, we might want to upload  /run/platform/display/compositor.log , ... some files (e.g. VAR we can add to lava testdef with known default)

needs env_dut.yaml

dumpjournal is converted, and artifactory URL is given back to LAVA
