Remove systemd-notify.so module from being loaded in the compositor

So, here's the current status:

• we already inform systemd that the compositor has started (the same module is embedded into the compositor)

• there's no systemd-module compiled 

• makes the compositor crash if it can't find it

As this was a lie, given the above items, remove it entirely.
