This is not a widget so it needs to be in the src directory and not app.

While technically it can be in the agl-compositor repository having it in a different repository shows a more realistic development process so I'd leaning towards having a repo for it (out-of-tree -> how to get a hold of a protocols exposes from the compositor + using the cross compiler).
