[Settings Wifi/BT] Close button [X] is too close to on/off for smaller screens

Description

When in WIFI or BT settings and using smaller screens, the [X] to close the settings sub-page is too close to the on/off button for wifi/bt. Maybe move it up (or the rest down) as we've enough space in vertical mode anyway.

  this bugs us for quite some time. When you have the source tree open next time, maybe take a look.

This helps to avoid the 'thick finger' issue .

Hi Walt, actualy the close button is default design from AGL, so we didnt created it. We only add into blank space for displaying device name of peer devices. maybe you could discuss with Suzuki-san from QT. Sorry coulndt help you much.
