The tweaked rcar3 gstreamer package bbappends added to meta-agl-bsp to build against gstreamer 1.16.3 in Yocto dunfell 3.1.4 (under SPEC-3706) were still using Renesas' 1.16.2 branches of their gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-bad, and gst-omx repositories.  This was not ideal, and per guidance from Renesas the bbappends can now be changed to use their 1.16.3 branches.  That should improve the situation until the BSP v4.1.7 update lands in Koi.  The plan is to also make the same change as part of the Jellyfish update to dunfell 3.1.5.
