Building chromium79 from w/ externalsrc causes perf build issues

      packagegroup-agl-core-devel contains perf package which I had to remove in order to build chromium79 package with externalsrc. 

       

      I'm just adding this bug/task not to forget. I've asked ltilve to integrate one more patch to allow building chromium79 as external source. Building it that way helps integrate changes MUCH faster than having some  remote repository. 

      Attached should be log where I got the error.
