AGL application move to second display if it is enabled in weston.ini

Description

In "/etc/xdg/weston/weston.ini" remove

for "HDMI-A-2".

Observe that after reboot application moves from HDMI-A-1 to HDMI-A-2.

Previously, for example AGL Halibut when IVI shell was used application stayed on HDMI-A-1.

The compositor has nothing with it. If you want to specify a specific output for the client shell and apps you need to do that yourself. By default, the client shell uses the first available output advertised by the xdg-output-manager extension.
