Software can be used with cannelloni:

cannelloni -I can0 -R "AGL-IP" -r 20000 -l 20000

cannelloni -I vcan0 -R "PC-IP" -r 20000 -l 20000

 

After that you can use cansend and candump to send/see messages between both
