Uninstalling widget causes get runnables from service homescreen to fail after rebooting

      Tried with today master to uninstall a widget (mediaplayer).

      1. Uninstall any widget
      2. Reboot the device/target
      3. Check systemd homescreen service. You should see an error about can't retrieve the list of runnables applications (attached here as well).
