There has been a discussion on the mailing list about trying to use the agl-telematics-demo-platform image on a Raspberry Pi 3 without any CAN hardware. To enable this out of the box for interested parties, the can-dev-mapping-helper script from agl-demo-platform should be added to the telematics demo.
