Building Navigation app for CES 2017

Description

To run the latest Navigation today, You need download the mapdata

The usage of the download script is as follows

For host:
Suppose the target root file system is mounted on /media/user/root.
Please execute the following command.

cd /media/user/root/usr/AGL/apps
./download_mapdata.sh /media/user/root

For target:
Please execute the following command.

/usr/AGL/apps/download_mapdata.sh /

I fixed SDK build issue in https://github.com/AGLExport/gpsnavi (commit 92a1e0805c7236d9cc063da972d82d66faefb194).

Reassigning to Walt (I'm on vacation next week).

BTW, the navitation app should be buildable outside bitbake.I'm not sure this is the case right now.
