Qtshell homescreen-demo-ci dummy app

      For screenshooter functionality a demo dummy app, like homescreen (that uses the Qt Toolkit)  but that instead of displaying changing surfaces would use some colors. It allows to take screenshots but also verify that the qt/qtwayland parts are really working.
